OK. It's been said there is no benefit to being in a clan. It's been said we are not getting any gold. It's been said we can't win because we don't have enough BIG tanks. It's been said it could take a year before we start seeing any of these things. Well hogwash!!!!!! I call BS. Where there is a will, there is a way. Put your money where your mouth is! I once said that you will get out of this clan what you put into it. Now is your chance. Recently approved by the mighty Coldshock himself, a way to fix all these things in a more expedited way.
Here is how:
Finally. The moment you have been waiting for. A new program to help us recruit, aimed at getting us to owning land quicker and getting gold. There will now be a type of "bounty" given to a clan member for bringing in exceptional talent. The rules are simple. Continue with your recruiting as normal, but a system of points will be awarded in relation to the tier level of player you bring in. The higher the tier level, the higher the points. A new member with a tier 10 tank will earn you 5 points. A player with a tier 9 tank will earn you 3 points. A player with only a tier 8 will get you only 1 point. Less than tier 8 earns nothing toward the final prize, which will be determined after an ultimate win that earned the clan some territory. The new clan members must participate in all the battles that led to the win. Then the points will be tabulated, and the recruiter with the highest score from his eligible recruits will take home ALL the winnings from that conquered territory. You yourself don't even have to participate in any battles to win, but your recruits MUST. The points will be tracked on the clan web site, and you are required to verify your recruits with any of the commanders so that it can be properly posted on the web site, or you will not get credit. The simplest way would be to send an e-mail through the WoT website or the clan web site to any of the commanders, that way it will act as a receipt. Otherwise, just let them know through SoD chat.
